Joining us will be our friends from the Placer County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA). These “local companion animal welfare experts” are coming to help spread awareness, raise money to “enhance the lives of companion animals and support the human-animal bond” and add a ton of holiday cheer. All to make everyone’s life a little more joyful.
